LED Case Handles

Carrying a case around to various LAN parties is often somewhat troublesome. By mounting case handles you ease the burden and become more mobile. Sunbeam has come up with the idea of putting bright LEDS in such a handle, adding glow to it. The Sunbeam LED case handle kit includes no less than two complete handles.

A handle consists of two parts, a plastic part and a steel part. The LEDS will make the plastic part glow in whatever colour purchased. Mounting a case handle includes drilling holes in to your case, which may scare off some people from doing so.

There are 4 holes required per handle and the kit does not include a tool to drill these, so you will need to provide tools for this by yourself. After drilling the holes in the appropriate positions, you assemble the double handles with bolts, and put in the LEDS. Secure the back plate with bolts and connect the molex connector to your PSU. This is fairly easy.

As you can see, the outcome is worth the effort. These handles have a comfortable grip, and they do add a nice glow to the top of your case. If you are willing to drill a few holes, Sunbeam LED case handles are indeed worthy of recommendation.
