Here are some inside views of the completed case.

Finishing off and Future possibilities

I had intended to cover up the big holes left in the back of the case, but after I discovered the gap left by the missing motherboard tray was the perfect size to keep bottles of booze in, I did the lazy thing and just left it. The USB port on the front panel was made with the method I described in this article. I still have not made blanking plates to cover the empty drive bays, but this could be achieved easily using plastic sheet, or even with the screw in type that come with some aluminium cases.

The case is more than big enough to accommodate a very good watercooling loop, and I will probably do this at some point in the future, when I have a computer worthy of watercooling to put in it. Another unique possibility that this case creates is the feasibility of having a CPU aircooled with a ducted down 120mm fan, because there is an entire foot of space between the CPU socket and the PSU on the other side of the case.
